Our Methods

Our commercial window cleaning is carried out to the highest standard by fully trained, helpful window cleaning staff. We pride ourselves on a prompt and personal window cleaning service, and treat our clients’ premises with care and respect.

Reach & Wash Window Cleaning

Wherever possible and practical, outside window cleaning is carried out by using our Reach and Wash Window Cleaning System, reducing the reliance on ladders. We are able to provide a full window cleaning schedule that will meet your specification.

The Reach & Wash method of window cleaning has a five stage water treatment system and carbon fibre water-fed poles to deliver pure water to the window. The water treatment system utilises reverse osmosis and mixed bed de-mineralising resin to produce pure water. The de-mineralised water works by absorbing all dirt, chemicals and minerals it comes in contact with. When used for window cleaning, the final rinse water dries to a great finish.

No chemicals or detergents are used and the process is environmentally friendly. Traditional window cleaning leaves behind sticky soap residue, which attracts fresh dirt back to the window, while windows cleaned with the Reach & Wash System actually stay cleaner for longer.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Reports have shown that dirty solar panels can reduce their efficiency by over 10% – sometimes more depending on the location or angle of installation. Using the Reach and Wash to clean solar panels keeps them cleaner for longer, thanks to the use of the lack of chemicals. There is less likelihood of damage to the panels as there is less load on the panels, which can be fragile. Also, less chance of damage from high pressure water jets and less streaking from squeegees.

Since the use of solar panel is predominantly an environmental one, minimising the use of water and any chemicals makes our solution even greener.
